What is it?
6-week program to help with chronic health issues, build strength and introduce you to gym facilities so that you can continue to exercise in a gym after the program has finished.
Who can use these services?
Anyone.

There is a small fee for some of our services.
Do I need a referral?
No. You do not need a referral to access this service but you need to have an exercise assessment first.
