Join us for interviews, giveaways, mindfulness activities, massage* and a light lunch as we discuss Carer Gateway, a free national service offering practical and emotional support to unpaid carers. If you look after a family member or friend with a disability, medical or health condition, mental illness or someone who is frail due to age, we can help.

Connect with other carers as you learn about the services available to you and how to access them. Come and talk to our staff about counselling peer support groups, tailored support packages, emergency respite care coaching, practical information and advice.
