Carer Connect and Relax is a peer support group for carers to meet in person, connect, share and relax in a friendly and safe community cafe.
Who can attend? Anyone who is a carer registered with Carer Gateway
How often does the group run? The group will commence on November 15th and run fortnightly until December 2023 and move to monthly in 2024.

Carer Connect and Relax will be run by carer counsellor Ve Bitaxis who has worked with carers for over seven years. Ve is passionate about supporting carers to connect with one another, engage in their community and explore what caring means to them.

What if I miss out on spot? A waiting list will be set up once all 20 places are filled.
