Allied Health Home Care Package Information

We offer a range of Allied Health services for Home Care Package recipients. Depending on your needs and service availability, we can arrange your appointment onsite at one of our four sites (Brunswick, Coburg, Fawkner, Glenroy) or in your home.

Our current services include:

• Physiotherapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Exercise Physiology
• Community Nursing – General assessments, Dementia Supplement assessments and Continence assessments.
• Podiatry
• Dietetics
• Dementia Advisory services
