International Women’s Day is next Tuesday 8 March. We invite you to join us and participate by showing our collective support and solidarity towards calling out gender inequality.

This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias, strike a pose and tag @merrihealth in your photo on Facebook or Twitter! Cross your arms to show your commitment to challenging inequality, calling out bias, question stereotypes, and help forge an inclusive world.

Merri Health has a strong connection to gender bias, and we are proud to support International Women’s Day 2022 as we have reduced the gender pay gap from 9.2% to 1.9%, which is substantially lower than the national average of 13.2%. This day is strongly linked to our values that promote respect which is shown across our whole organisation with 0% gender-based discrimination and sexual harassment complaints.
