Along with other carers, learn practical information and advice to support you and the person you care for.

The information sessions will support you to:

Learn new skills which you can apply immediately in your caring role
Learn techniques for your health and wellbeing, as well as the person you care for
Meet other carers that can share their experience and learnings, and opportunities for mentoring.
Learn about CarerLinks North services
Carers will also have the opportunity to meet staff from the various teams at CLN and have your questions answered.
Light refreshments will be provided
