What is it?
Our drop-in support known as DUTY provide one-off help to address your needs, every Monday to Friday between 1pm and 3pm.
We can help you with:
- Assessment - we will try to understand the issues you need help with
- Referral to other services that can help you
- Advocacy - we support you to get the services that you need

Anyone needing information, referral and/or one-off social work support.
Do I need a referral?
No. You do not need a referral to access this service.
Make a booking
This is a walk-in service so a booking is not needed, however we only have limited spaces available each day. Ask reception to place you in the queue from 12.30PM

Yes. We can organise a telephone interpreter for free.
I have a complex problem and need a lot of help. Can you still help me?
Yes we can help you. If we think you will need more than one visit for us to help you, we can refer you to our counselling service.
