It's ok to take time to talk to someone.
What is it?
Our counsellors provide a safe and supportive space for carers to share their thoughts and feelings when they need support the most.
Who can use these services?

A contribution to the cost of respite may be made, if needed. This will be discussed with the carer before the services start.
Do I need a referral?
No. You do not need a referral to access this service.
We also offer appointments in the community or over the phone.
We run events for carers to attend across the northern metropolitan region of Melbourne.

Who are carers?
Carers are family members and friends who look after someone who has problems managing at home or in the community without help. Carers can be parents, partners, spouses, young people, children and friends.
Are there any opportunities for carers to meet other carers?
Yes. We have a number of events during the year that can connect carers to other carers. We also run health and wellbeing events for carers to learn techniques to cope in their caring role.
How will CarerLinks North help me?
