Notice of resolution

With the passing of the ‘Audit Amendment Act 2019’, Merri Health now falls within the mandate of the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office (VAGO).  A resolution shall be tabled at the meeting to reflect this change in legislation.

“That, Pitcher Partners, the current auditor of the Company be removed as the auditor of the Company and that the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office be appointed as the auditor of the Company  effective from the date of this meeting”.
