Introducing our new, easy-to-remember phone number!

1300 637 744 (MERRI H)

This number takes effect on Monday 26 February and will replace all existing site numbers. When you call, you will be able to choose from different options to take you to the right service, person or team faster.

Why the new number?

We listened to your feedback.

We have been consulting with our clients and locals for the past few months and you told us:

• We needed to make it easier to reach the right person or service
• You didn't want to call different sites to find what you were after
• It was hard to remember lots of numbers
• Having lots of site numbers made it very confusing

We also received feedback from our partners and staff and used this information to introduce an easier process - the new number!

What if I forget and call a site number?

That's ok! All site numbers will be linked to the new number.
