Our new cardiac rehabilitation program is now running!

Have you recently had heart event or heart surgery? 

Well @ Heart is a cardiac rehabilitation program that can support you to recover and improve your heart health.

It is an 8-week tailored program with weekly education topics including:

• keeping your heart healthy
• foods that protect your heart
• re-joining your daily activities
• managing stress and emotions

When is the clinic? 

It will will run Wednesday's and Friday's.

Cost: $8.20 a class, twice a week.
