If you are caring for a person who is aged, has a disability or mental health related issue, join in and explore some of Melbourne’s wonderful parklands, enjoy some exercise and make new friends.

Join the Peer Support program at CarerLinks North and meet other carers, share experiences, learn from each other and support carer health, whilst maintaining your important role as a carer.
A 40 - 60 minute walk will be followed by a opportunity to catch your breath over a cuppa.

All fitness levels welcome! The group will be walking the Darebin Creek Trail from Preston. 

Please be aware our destination may have gravel footpaths – please wear comfortable, appropriate clothing and footwear.

In home respite and/or a contribution towards the cost of transport may be provided if requested at the time of RSVP.
