Do you care for someone living with younger onset dementia?

Join us to learn about Home Care packages.

We invite carers and family members of a person affected by younger onset dementia, who live in the Northern metropolitan region of Melbourne.

Learn about the ins and outs of Home Care packages and updates on recent changes.

  • Get advice about self-managing a Home Care package
  • Learn tips about choosing a provider
  • Understand fees and charges, options for self management and how to change providers

In-home respite and/or a contribution towards the cost of transport may be available upon request when you RSVP.
