Come and join the Living Well, Ageing Well's next workshop where you will

- Learn what foods can benefit your mental health

- A Merri Health Dietitian will attend to present on what foods support our wellbeing

- Receive take home recipes to try at home

-Socialise with other friendly people in your community

This session is for people living in Northern Metro Melbourne and aged 50-64
