Our group provides support to one another, has guest speakers talk about diabetes related issues and connects us in with local health professionals.
Who is the group for?
This group is for anyone! Whether you have lived with diabetes for 5 days or years, or you have a loved one with diabetes.
If you would like to connect with others in the Merri-bek area this support group might be for you.
The group is run by a Credentialled Diabetes Nurse Educator in a supportive environment.
