Join Georgia, an accredited mindfulness facilitator as she takes you on a 4 week mindfulness journey over the phone! Mindfulness helps to create a sense of calm and helps us to stay in the present rather than focusing on the past or future too much.
This session is for people living in Northern Metro Melbourne and aged 50-64
