CarerLinks North invites carers who live in the metropolitan region of Melbourne and who care for a person living with dementia to an award winning education session. Bring your family members and come along and enjoy!

The Virtual Dementia Experience uses technology to enable you to ‘walk in the shoes’ of a person living with dementia. This workshop encourages carers to reflect on how you approach situations, illustrates how a person with dementia experiences their environment and ways you can make environments more supportive.
This is a unique experience and one many past participants have spoken highly about. It is also an opportunity to meet with other carers and staff from CarerLinks North.

In-home respite and/or a contribution towards the cost of transport may be available upon request when you RSVP. Light refreshments will be provided. Please tell us if you have any dietary requirements or if you need an interpreter.
