If you live in or close to Craigieburn and are caring for a family member or friend, who is aged, has a disability, mental illness, chronic illness or dementia and you are interested to meet other carers in your area, come to morning tea at the Highlands Retirement Village each month.
Come along and take some time out for you!
Connect with other carers who live locally and share experiences, information and take the opportunity to connect socially.
Our Peer Facilitators will be there to hear about your needs, and provide information about the range of carer support services and activities.
In home respite may be provided if requested at the time of RSVP.
