Celebrating Country together
Wurundjeri and Merri-bek City Council invite you this Reconciliation Week to help shape our ongoing connection to Country at the Ballerrt Mooroop Day.
Ballerrt Mooroop means ‘Strong Spirit’ in the Woi-wurrung language, and is a deeply significant place to the Wurundjeri and local Aboriginal community.
Family friendly activities
Join us for cultural activities, ceremony, dance, bush foods and native plants. Enjoy a free BBQ and coffee and share in what’s next for the Ballerrt Mooroop site. All are welcome.
