1991 – 2000

In July 1993 Brunswick Community Health, Coburg Community Health and CoCare [Youth & Disability Health Service] amalgamated to become Brunswick and Coburg Community Health Service.

The first election for the amalgamated Board of Management for the Brunswick Coburg Community Health Service took place in August/September 1994.

During 1994, Brunswick and Coburg Community Health Service received $560,000 in funding to begin a new Linkages service, and Commonwealth Dental Health Program funding for emergency and routine dental care located at the Glenlyon Road Brunswick building.

The financial year 1995/1996 was a year of consolidation of a new organisational structure and a new name Moreland Community Health Service.

In January 1996 the newly named Moreland Community Health Service took on the responsibility for the community health service known as Broadmeadows Community Health Services Fawkner Campbellfield Centre at 77 Jukes Road, Fawkner.

By the 1997 financial year, the total income was $4,901,944.
