What is it?
It is an 8-week group program for people with Parkinson’s disease. It is a mix of Parkinsons disease specific exercises and information sessions to help manage the symptoms better.
Who can use the service?
Anyone with a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.
Cost
There is a small fee for some of our services.
Do I need a referral?
No. You do not need a referral to access this service, but you need to have an exercise assessment first.
