Our wait list shows the median wait times in weeks for a selection of our services.

Some of our services have high demand which means there are waiting times, however we try to keep these as short as possible.

When providing an appointment, we consider your specific circumstances and priority may be given to people with an urgent referral. See below for more information.

More information 

For clients aged 65+, we receive referrals through My Aged Care, and follow their guidelines for prioritising referrals and commencing services.  

Some services are only available to specific age groups, including:  

• Children: 0-18 
• Adults: 18-65*
• Aged: 65+*

*Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people:

• Adults: 18-65*
• Aged: 50+
