Who can use this service?

• People over 65 with a Home Care Package who live in Northern Metropolitan Melbourne.

What do we offer?

A variety of health services to support you to live comfortably and safely in your own home.

Services include:

• exercise services
• nursing 
• nutrition
• occupational Therapy
• physiotherapy
• podiatry

Location

You can choose to get support in your home or at our Bell Street, Fawkner or Glenroy sites.
