We're proud to have been an Employer of Choice by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) for four years in a row. 

One of only 120 organisations nationally to receive the WGEA citation for 2022, the award recognised Merri's achievements and commitment to closing the gender pay gap, providing flexible work arrangements ad a progressive, supportive culture for people of all genders.
