What is it?
12-week program for people who are new to exercise. This includes seated and standing low intensity exercises to help improve their strength and mobility. Exercises are made more challenging as participants’ strength and confidence improves.
Who can use these services?
There is a small fee for some of our services. Some of our services are free.
Do I need a referral?
No. You do not need a referral to access this service but you need to have an exercise assessment first.
