Victorian updates

The State of Emergency has been extended until 29 January 2021 to allow the Chief Health Officer’s directions to remain in force.

Victoria's two month streak of 0 locally acquired cases of COVID-19 was broken on December 30, 2020 when three cases were reported that were acquired from New South Wales.

Victorian exposure sites continue to be updated with contact tracing. Click here for an update on exposure sites

The Victorian and New South Wales borders shut at 11:59pm on January 1 2021 and opened with a traffic light system on January 11, 2021.

Merri Health testing site updates

Our Fawkner testing site closed on 29 November, 2020.

The site opened on 27 June 2020 after we ran mobile testing sites in Glenroy, Brunswick and Fawkner.
