Receptionist

The Reception Team play an important role, being the first point of contact for people arriving at site offices. The role is essential to support services in the efficient and professional delivery of health care and administrative practice at Merri Health.

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:

- Operate unified telecommunications platform in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.

- Provide an efficient and responsive reception function, setting a personal standard of exceptional customer experience for clients, contractors, visitors, employees and students.

- Process and distribute all incoming/outgoing mail on a daily basis.

- Other duties within the incumbent's skills and experience, determined by the Team Leader, Reception Services.

- Experience in reception and/or administration support role, preferably in a similar organisation.

- High level customer service skills, including capacity to communicate with visitors from diverse back grounds and with special needs.

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise and manage time effectively.

- Knowledge of Confidentiality and Privacy protocols.
